garlic caeser burgers

Garlic Caeser Topping
3 cloves diced garlic
1cup ranch Dressing
1/2 cup italian dressing
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
7 chopped romaine lettuce leaves
2 ripe tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
1 and 1/2 pounds ground chuck
1/4 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
oil for grill
6 fresh sourdough buns



to make the topping: Mix garlic, ranch dresing, italian dressing, parmesan cheese, romaine lettuce, tomatoes and fresh cracked pepper, refrigerate. to make the burgers: mix ground chuck, ketchup salt and pepper.Seperate into 6 equal patties. preheat grill to medium high, then brush with oil. Place pattie on grill, after about 4 minutes turn patties over, then grill for additional 4-7 minutes untill burgers reach 160 degrees internal temperature. place buttered buns on grill until lightly toasted. Remove buns from grill remove paties from grill and place on warm buns. top with garlic ceaser mixture. eat and enjoy
