Garlic & Herb Burgers

2 lbs ground chuck (at least 80% lean)
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 large ripe tomato
1 large red onion
1 8 oz container Alouette garlic and herb spread
6 Claussen kosher dill slices
6 hamburger buns



Mix 2 lbs of ground chuck with 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Combine mixture into 6 hamburger patties. Cook hamburger patties on grill approximately 20-25 minutes, flipping patties every 2-3 minutes to ensure they are done. Spread garlic and herb spread onto tops of 6 hamburger buns, slice tomato into six slices, slice red onion into 6 slices, place hamburger patties on bottom sides of hamburger buns, add 1 Claussen kosher dill pickle slice to top of hamburger pattie, add 1 slice of tomato to each hamburger bun top, add one slice of red onion to each top of hamburger bun. Place top of hamburger bun onto hamburger pattie side with pickle and hamburger. Serve immediately.
