Garlic Parmesan Slaw Burger
Ingredients
- 2 Pounds 80/20 chuck
- 1 Teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 Tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/4 Teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon salt
- 5 slices parmesan
- 1 bag shredded cabbage mix with carrots
- 1/2 Cup fresh chopped parsley
- 1 Teaspoon celery seeds
- 2 Tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 Cup mayonanise
- 3/4 Cup quality garlic parmesan salad dressing
- 6 thin cut apple slices
- 6 buttered potato buns
Instructions
- 1.
- in large bowl mix the cabbage, mayo, fresh parsley, celery seeds. mustard, 1/4 Teaspoon salt, 1/4 Teaspoon pepper and the garlic parmesan dressing.
- Coat it well, cover and lay to the side.
- 2.
- in another large bowl, mix the hamburger, worsestershire sauce, 1 Teaspoon pepper, 1 Teaspoon salt and garlic salt together.
- 3.
- Form 6 patties and place on preheated grill for 5-6 min on each side, per 1/2 inch thickness of burger, or until the temp reaches 160 fahrenheit.
- 4.
- In the last minute of cooking place the slices of parmesan on top to melt
- 5. Butter the potato buns and grill for 1 minute
- 6 . Slice 6 thin slices of apple and place on bottom buns
- 7.
- Place burger on top of apple and add the slaw
- 8.
