Garlic Parmesan Slaw Burger

Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds 80/20 chuck
  • 1 Teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 Tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/4 Teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon salt
  • 5 slices parmesan
  • 1 bag shredded cabbage mix with carrots
  • 1/2 Cup fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 Teaspoon celery seeds
  • 2 Tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1/2 Cup mayonanise
  • 3/4 Cup quality garlic parmesan salad dressing
  • 6 thin cut apple slices
  • 6 buttered potato buns

Instructions

  • 1.
  • in large bowl mix the cabbage, mayo, fresh parsley, celery seeds. mustard, 1/4 Teaspoon salt, 1/4 Teaspoon pepper and the garlic parmesan dressing.
  • Coat it well, cover and lay to the side.
  • 2.
  • in another large bowl, mix the hamburger, worsestershire sauce, 1 Teaspoon pepper, 1 Teaspoon salt and garlic salt together.
  • 3.
  • Form 6 patties and place on preheated grill for 5-6 min on each side, per 1/2 inch thickness of burger, or until the temp reaches 160 fahrenheit.
  • 4.
  • In the last minute of cooking place the slices of parmesan on top to melt
  • 5. Butter the potato buns and grill for 1 minute
  • 6 . Slice 6 thin slices of apple and place on bottom buns
  • 7.
  • Place burger on top of apple and add the slaw
  • 8.
  • Now just ENJOY
