Giddy-Up Raspberry-Chipolte Wild West Turkey Burgers

2 lbs. ground turkey
1 C. chopped onion
½ tsp ground red pepper
1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
1 C. blue cheese, crumbled
Cooking spray (Pam)
6 wheat hamburger buns, split
¾ C. raspberry chipotle commercially-prepared sauce
1 ½ C. fresh spinach leaves

Prepare a medium-hot fire in a charcoal grill with a cover, or preheat a gas grill to medium-high.
Place ground turkey in large bowl. Add onion, red pepper, rosemary, & blue cheese. Mix ingredients, attempting to handle as little as possible. Equally divide meat-mixture into 6 portions. Shape into burger patties to fit buns. Spray aluminum foil with cooking spray and place patties on top of foil. Grill turkey on top of aluminum foil until side down becomes brown. Remove foil and flip patty onto other side. Grill until meat is no longer pink.
To assemble burgers, place patty on one side of bun. Top with about 2 Tbsp. raspberry chipotle sauce. Place ¼ C. spinach leaves on top, followed by other side of bun. Enjoy!
Makes grub for 6 burgers.
