G.O.A.T (Greatest Of All Time) Aloha Burger

This rich red easily complements your homemade chicken dishes, red meats, game, and mildly seasoned pastas.


Mountain Goat Cheese Spread:
8oz Fresh farmer goat cheese
1 medium skinless fine chopped garden cucumber
2teaspoons fine chopped fresh dill
1 1/2 pound ground chuck
1/2 pound ground bison
2 tablespoon fine chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
2 garlic cloves fine chopped
1/4 cup Sutterhome Cabernet Sauvignon
1 egg
1 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
Vegetable oil, for brushing the grill rack
2 grilled red bell peppers cut in 1/4 inch strips
6 slices of grilled pineapple
6 (4 1/2) soft Kaiser rolls, split



Directions: Prepare a medium -hot fire in a charcoal grill with a cover, or pre-heat a gas grill to medium -high. To make mountain goat cheese spread combined goat cheese,dill and cucumber. Mix very well. Refrigerate until serving. To make patties, combine the chuck,parsely,garlic.wine,egg,salt and pepper in a large bowl. Handling the meat as little as possible to avoid compacting it, mix welll. Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and form into patties to fit the rolls. Brush the grill rack with oil. Place the pattties on the rack, cover, and grill until browned on the bottom 4-6 minutes. Cut in half red bell pepper, remove the seeds, place on rack and grill until tender. Rmove the skin and cut into 1/4 inches strips. Place slices of pineapple on the rack and grill until golden. During the last few minutes of cooking place the rolls cut side down on the grilll rack to toast lightly. To asemble the burger place the mountain goat cheese spread over the top and bottom of the rolls. Place 4 strips of red bell peppers on the bottom half of the roll. Place the red bell pepper strips so that they are half way in and out. Place slice of pineapple and pattie on the bottom of the roll, add roll tops. After assembling the red bell peppers they should be visible. Serve and Enjoy!!!!!
