Start with about 3 pounds of lean ground beef of your choice (87 to 93 percent lean). Finely dice a small onion and incorporate it into your ground beef. To this burger mixture add: 1 quick pour of your favorite barbecue sauce 1 Dash of worchestershire sauce 1 Dash of soy sauce 1 tsp garlic powder Before grilling, season with salt and pepper to taste, and add a pinch of seasoning (Greek seasoning) to each patty. Grill to medium well.
