Put your hamburger in a large plastic bag. Roll out as thin as you can. Using a pair of scissors cut the bag and hamburger at the same time into four squares. Carefully remove the bag and place the hamburgers into a hot skillet. Cook until done. In a separate pan fry two individual eggs; over-well.
While cooking the hamburgers, spread your buns with butter and sprinkle on itailan seasoning spice. Toast in the oven.
You are now going to build a grand messy double cheese burger.
On one side of the bun put on the mustard, ketchup, relish and onion and the fried egg. On the other side of the bun is the lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise. Put one burger on one side, layer the cheese, then add the other burger and top with the other half of the bun with all the toppings.
Serve with lots of napkins and fries.
