Heavy Whipping Cream
Mix beef with salt, pepper, whistishire,and grill. Heat skillet to medium low, put butter and garlic in pan and cook garlic until it is brown, not burnt.Add heavy cream, and heat. Once heavy cream is hot add gorgonzola crumbs, but do not let it melt altogether. Heat oil and dredge shaved onions thru flour. Put onions in oil until they are crispy. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put burger on bun smother with gorgonzola sauce and crumbs, add fried shaved onions, put top of bun on and enjoy!!!
