Gram’s Italian Burger
3 lbs ground beef
3/8 cup parmaisan cheese
3/4 cup italian flavored bread crumbs
3/4 cup milk
parsley to taste
8 oz. mozzerella sliced.
grilled round italian roll brushed with extra virgin olive oil
Combine beef, eggs, parm, bread crumbs, milk & seasonings. Mix with hands until combined. Separate into 6 balls. Divide each ball into 2 pieces. Flatten 1/2 of each ball & place slice of mozerella, then top with 2nd 1/2 of ball & seal by pinching meat. Grill until choice of "doneness". Place brushed roll on grill to brown. Enjoy!!!
