This is an English themed burger with many English ingredients melted together for a sensational tasting burger.


  • 6 Sandwich size English muffins
  • 1 English cucumber
  • ½ Cup malt vinegar
  • 1 Cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Teaspoon dry English mustard
  • 32 Ounces 80% lean ground beef
  • 6 Ounces Stilton cheese, crumbled
  • 2 Teaspoons kosher salt
  • 6 Ounces English cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 8 Ounces roasted red pepper, sliced
  • 6 Slices Canadian bacon



  1. Split English muffins in half and grill split sides lightly
  2. Combine mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl
  3. Slice cucumber and place in a sealable plastic bag with malt vinegar
  4. Combine beef with Stilton cheese and form six patties
  5. Season the patties with salt and cook over medium heat, 3 minutes on each side
  6. During the last minute, place cheddar slice on top of each patty and grill Canadian bacon
  7. Spread the mayonnaise mixture on the cut sides of the muffins
  8. Remove cucumbers from marinade and place on the bottom muffins
  9. Top with patty, red pepper slices and Canadian bacon
  10. Place muffin top on and serve hot
