Greek Chicken Burgers

Every pour of our Pinot Noir brings you a delicious blend of berry flavors and the romantic aroma of violet.


1 pound Ground chicken breast or turkey
1 pkg frozen spinach (thawed and all excess water removed)
1 pkg Feta cheese crumbled
2 cloves Garlic chopped finely
1 small onion chopped finely
2 C of Red Wine (seperated)
1 Tbs Sugar
Kaiser Buns
Red Onion



Mix the ground chicken with the spinach, feta, Garlic, onion and 1/2 C of the red wine. Form into 4 patties. Reduce the remaining red wine with the sugar in a saucepan until a syrup consistancy. Grill the patties 8 minutes or until juices run clear. Place patties on the bun and pour 1 TBS of reduction on the patty. Place 1 lettuce leaf, 1 slice of tomato and 1 slice red onion on the burger. Top with other bun. Pop in the broiler for just 1-2 minutes for some crunch.
