Greek “Gyros” Burgers


1 egg beaten
1 egg white
2-3 garlic cloves, pressed
2 tsps ground cummin
2 tsps salt
1 tsps black pepper



Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Press into 1/4 inch flat round burgers. Cook on grill until crispy on outside.

Add a Tzatziki Sauce (Cucumber White Sauce) to the top for a terrific topping.
