Greek Island Burgers

Every pour of our Pinot Noir brings you a delicious blend of berry flavors and the romantic aroma of violet.


1.5 pounds of ground beef
1 tbs. dried minced garlic
1 tsp. herbed salt*, or salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tbs. oregano, dried
2 tbs. Dijon mustard
2 tbs. Worstcheshire
1 tsp dried sage
½ cup of feta, crumbled
Oil for grill
4 ciabatta rolls, cut in half
4 roasted red pepper halves** (canned or jar, packed in water)



Mix first 9 ingredients, up to the feta, together until well blended into meat. Divide meat mixture into four portions and form into thick patties. Prepare grill with oil. Grill on a medium high 5 minutes per side, or until no longer pink in the center (cut to test). Toast the ciabatta rolls. Layer the meat patty on the bottom of the roll, and top with one roasted red bell pepper. Top with top half of ciabatta roll.
