: Greek Salad Burger

1 ¼ lbs ground Turkey
2 tbsp plain yogurt
2 tbsp Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1 ½ cup shredded or chopped romaine lettuce
¼ cup diced tomato
¼ cup peeled, diced cucumber
¼ cup diced green bell pepper
¼ cup diced red onion
¼ cup seeded,chopped, kalamata olives
¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
¼ cup bottled Greek salad dressing
4 Kaiser Rolls
Olive oil non-stick spray



Pre-heat grill to medium low. Use non-stick spray on grill. In bowl mix turkey, yogurt, breadcrumbs, make into 4 patties. Put on grill for 4 minutes each side or until 180 degrees internal temperature. Meanwhile, in bowl, mix lettuce, tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, onion, olives, and cheese. Toss with salad dressing. Remove burgers from the grill, when ready, and rest. Spray rolls lightly with olive oil spray and place on grill until warm and toasted. Place burger on bottom half of roll and top with salad. cover with remaining half of roll.
