Green Chili Burger

Every pour of our Pinot Noir brings you a delicious blend of berry flavors and the romantic aroma of violet.


3/4 lb of Lean Ground Beef
1/4 lb Ground Sausage
1/2 of Medium Size Yellow Onion
2 gloves of Fresh Garlic (Chopped or Pressed)
1/4 cup Mushrooms (Fresh)
Salt and Ground Peppercorns to taste
1/4 teaspoon of Worchestershire Sauce



Mix all ingredients by Hand, mix well. Form into Patties, to your likeing! Cook on Grill, to Medium , Do Not smash your Burgers, When you turn the Burgers ,Add a slice of Jack Cheese or Sharp White Cheddar Cheese Slices, Add one Whole Green Chili, that you have roasted on Grill, then add another slice of Cheese. Cook until Melted. Add your Burgers to a Toasted Bun of your choice. Added flavors: Leaf Lettuce, Burmuda Onion slice, and/or a slice of Beefsteak tomato. Condiments of choice.
