Green Specked Burgers

Reach for our Chardonnay when you’re in the mood for a rich and creamy wine that delights with the fruity flair of pear, apple, and peach.


1 lb ground turkey (chicken maybe be used but turkey seems to taste better)
1 box of frozen chopped spinach thawed
2-3 tblsp grill seasoning
3 tblsp tomato-basil feta cheese
1/2 medium onion chopped
1 clove garlic
1-2 tblsp olive oil
1 egg
4 slices of provolone cheese
4 whole wheat sandwich buns
condiments…pickle, tomato, onion, leaf lettuce



I prefer a charcoal grill. Start Charcoal. While charcoal is heating up, start mixing burgers. 1. First squeeze out the thawed spinach. discard liquid. 2. Place spinach in mixing bowl, add ground turkey, onion, garlic, grill seasoning,egg, olive oil and feta cheese. 3. Mix well. Shape into 4 patties. 4. Place on hot grill. 5-6 minutes on each side or until burgers are cooked through. 5. Place 1 slice of provolone cheese on each burger. 6. Put one burger on each of the whole wheat buns. 7. Add whichever condiments you prefer and enjoy!!
