Maple flavored bacon
Sweet onion
Hamburger meat (about 1/3 lb per burger)
pepperjack cheese
Hamburger buns of choice
Sliced pickled japalenos



On an outside grill (I use gas) cook the bacon in a cast iron skillet. When the bacon is done set aside and add sliced onions to bacon fat and cook. When the onions are done drain on paper towels. Now grill the burgers to your liking and top with the cheese until it melts. To build the burger add burger to bottom bun, add onions and japalenos and bacon. Put mustard on the top bun and enjoy.
