Two pounds of ground chuck
Six saltin crackers
one extra large egg
Season salt
Garlic powder
Lemon&pepper seasoning salt



1. take two pounds of ground chuck and put in a large mixing bowl. 2. take the saltin crackers and crush them in a small mixing bowl ( make sure that he crackers are in very tiny crumbs ) 3. take the egg and in a small bowl, beat the egg. pour the egg on top of ground chuck. 4. take the season salt, garlic powder and lemon pepper salt and add it to the smashed up crackers . you will need a 1/2 table spoon of each. mix the seasons and crackers together. 5.take cracker mix and pour onto meat. 6. mix all together 7.make them into patties. ( about 1 inch thick ) then put them on the girl it will take about 15 minutes to cook. add ketchup to burgers before takeing them off the grill ( about 3 minutes before )
