Grilled Mediterranean Turkey Burgers

1 lb. Ground Turkey
1 lb. Ground White Meat Turkey
1 Sweet Onion, diced
8 oz Feta, Crumbled
1 Roasted red pepper, julienne
2 T. Pesto
2 T Oregano (I prefer fresh, but you can use dried)
Salt and pepper, to taste. Rolls
(Sub style)



Combine the turkey, and mix. Add the remaining ingredients and thoroughly mix. Form patties into long ovals to match the rolls. Grill until browned and temp at 165°F.
