Grilled Sweet and Spicy Burgers with Sweet and Hot topping

2 – Sliced thin pitted mangos
1 – Can of pineapple rings
4 – Sliced thin roasted jalapeno peppers
1/2 Sliced thin red onion
1 Sliced thin tomato
4-Slices Swiss cheese
Topping ingredients:
1/2 cup mayo
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon fresh garlic
1/2 teaspoon pineapple preserves
1/4 teaspoon Horseradish
Hamburger patties:
1 1/2 pounds of ground chuck
2 tablespoons of Sutters Chenin Blanc
1 teaspoon of fresh minced garlic
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
1 Tablespoon of fresh cilantro leaves



Sweet and Hot topping: Mix 1/2 Cup mayo with 1 teaspoon pepper sauce, 1/4 teaspoon of fresh garlic 1/2 teaspoon of pineapple preserves 1/4 teaspoon of horseradish sauce Mix together and set aside. Directions: Mix hamburger with Sutters Chenin Blanc, minced garlic, salt, pepper and cilantro leaves. Make and form patties into 4 equal portions. Set aside Prepare grill to Medium-High Brush grill with no-stick cooking spray for high heat formula Roast on low till done – 8 to 10 minutes Mangos, pineapples, jalapenos, red onions, tomatoes set aside Place hamburgers on Medium-high grill and grill to preference Add Swiss cheese until melted To assemble: Place hamburger on hamburger bun add grilled mango, pineapple, jalapeno pepper,red onion, tomato Add sweet and hot topping on top Makes 4 sweet and spicy burgers Enjoy!
