1 pound ground beef
1 cup Salsa
1 tblspooon steak sauce
1 tblspoon worcestershire sauce
1 beef bullion crushed
1 beaten egg
3 tblspoons seasoned bread crumbs
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mold into 4- 1/4 pound patties(knead the mixture several minutes, this fixes the texture of the patties.) place in a skillet over medium heat, flip the burgers after first side is nicely brown, cook until juices run clear. Serve on bun with favorite condiments or with rice or egg noodles as a hamburger steak.
