Hamilton’s famous burger

Reach for our Chardonnay when you’re in the mood for a rich and creamy wine that delights with the fruity flair of pear, apple, and peach.

Ingredients

· 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
· 1 small onion, chopped
· 1 egg
· 1 tablespoon ketchup
· 1 tablespoon Worcestershire
· 2 tablespoon of Sutter chardonnay wine
· 2 tablespoon of old chopped green chilles (drained)
· 1/2 teaspoon salt
· 1/8 teaspoon pepper
· 1 pound lean ground beef
· 6 slices bacon
· 4 hamburger buns
· 4 slices of Monterey Jack Cheese

 

Instructions

Grill Directions: 1. Preheat a grill for high heat. In a large bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, mushroom, onion, egg, ketchup, chopped green chilies,chardonnay wine, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Crumble in the ground beef, and mix together by hand. Form into 4 patties, and wrap a slice of bacon around each one. Secure bacon with toothpicks. Place patties on the grill, and cook for 7 to 9 min. on each side or until cooked through (160°F). About one minute before burgers are done, top each with a slice of cheese. Grill until cheese is melted. Oven Directions: Set oven to broil, place on broiler rack. Cook for ten to fourteen min, turning until its no longer pink.
