Harvest Burgers


1 cup soft bread crumbs (about 2 slices bread)
1 1/3 cups (one half 27 oz jar) Nonesuch Mincemeat
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 egg
6 slices bacon, cooked crisp
6 english muffins, toasted



In medium bowl, combine crumbs, mincemeat, dry onion soup mix, ground beef, and egg. Mix well. Shape into 6 patties.

In large skillet, fry burgers until no longer pink. Drain on paper towels.

Toast english muffins. Place 1 burger on each english muffin and top with 1 bacon slice. Top with remaining english muffins. Enjoy!
