8oz. Groung black angus beef
1ea. jalapenos roasted
1ea. carmelized onion roll
2T. BBq sauce.
1oz. Monterey jack cheese
1ea. tomato sliced



1. Charr jalapenos on grill and remove seeds. 2. chop fine and mix with ground beef 3. season burger with salt and pepper and grill to desired temperature. 4. brush with BBq and melt cheese on top 5. toast roll on grill 6. slice tomatoes 7. place burger on roll and top with sliced tomatoes. 8. top with the other half of roll.
