Dice 1/2 cup onion,1/4 cup green bell pepper,2 T fresh garlic cloves minced,add to a hot fry pan with 1 T olive oil and 1 T butter,saute with a 1 t salt and 1/2 t pepper until golden. Then add a 1/2 oz. Sutter Home Pinot Noir (2004)and cook until most of the liquid is gone. Next in a large bowl mix 1lb ground beef and 1lb ground sirloin,add 1 t salt and 1/2 t pepper and mix lightly. Each burger will have a top and bottom so flatten meat into two standard burger size for each finish burger. You should get at least four burgers ( eight patties). On the bottom burger add 1 T sauted veggies, 2 T olive tapenade ("Cantare" brand name w/goat feta) and last 1 1/2 T crumbled feta cheese, put the top burger on and seal around tightly. When burgers are almost done take 4 Ora-Wheat Oat-Nutt buns and 1/4 cup softened butter and spread the buns with butter and toast on the back part of the grill until golden brown. Put burgers on bun and top with four fresh spinach leaves and they are ready to serve!
