Hertz Burger

Bright and full-bodied, this Zinfandel wine is a curious contradiction in tastes.

Ingredients

1 lbs ground beef
1 cup chopped onions
½ clove of finely cut garlic ( the garlic must be placed in boiling water for approximately 3 minutes)
½ cup celery finely chopped
1 egg 1 ½ cup bread (fresh bread tore off in small ¼ “ sections) Sliced Swiss Cheese
1 Teaspoon dillweed
2 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons pepper
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Kaiser Buns
Lettuce
Pickles
Onions

 

Instructions

Need all ingredients in together until thoroughly mixed, once mixed place in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Pull out and make a patty about ½ “thick and place on wax paper. Place a slice of Swiss cheese on the first half of the patty. Make the other half of the patty (½ “thick) and lay on top of the first one on the wax paper. Press the edges together to make a seal on the patty. Cooking Instructions: Grill: Place on grill and cook until meat is medium. Let burger stand about 2 minutes. Stove Top: Heat up pan and place burger in pan and cook until medium. Let burger stand about 2 minutes. ENJOY!!!
