2 cups Sutter Home Cabernet Sauvignon
1 1/2 pounds ground sirloin
1 1/2 pounds Ground Chuck
3 Teaspoons Kosher salt
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh ground pepper
2 large vidalia onions
2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
2 Teaspoons packed light brown sugar
6 thin slices Gorgonzola Cheese
1/4 cup olive oil
6 sourdough rolls split
