Holy Cow Sweet Teriyaki Burger

Every pour of our Pinot Noir brings you a delicious blend of berry flavors and the romantic aroma of violet.


1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, finely minced
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/4 to 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
2 slices of bread, crumbled
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon syrup
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1 package swiss cheese



(1) Preheat the grill. (2) Preheat the skillet. (3) Combine the first three ingredients in bowl and saute until golden color forms. Remove and cover to keep in heat. (4) In a large bowl combine the cooked mixtures with the beef, bread, eggs, sugar, sryup, and ginger. (5) Form into six(6) patties. (6) Broil for ten to fifthteen minutes. (7) Grill the burgers for 10 minutes. (8) Apply the cheese to the top of the burgers the last two(2) minutes. (9) Remove and apply to buns. (10) Enjoy!
