Homestyle Burgers


  • 2 Pounds. of lean ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon of table salt
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 3 slices of crumbled bacon
  • 8 Ounces of slaw dressing
  • 12 Ounces bag of slaw
  • 12 Dill Pickle Slices
  • 4 slices of provolone cheese
  • 4 White Buns


  • Mix together the ground beef, seasoned salt, salt, pepper, italian seasoning, oregano, and crumbled bacon.
  • Separate into 6 sections and press into burger press. Slow cook on the grill for a juicy, tender burger. While burgers cook, mix the slaw and the slaw dressing together. Once burgers are 1 minute from being done top with provolone cheese. Place each burger on a bun, top with cole slaw and 2 slabs of pickle each.
