1/4 cup honeydew, pureed
1/4 cup seedless cucumber, chopped
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
6 slices extra sharp cheese
6 toasted sesame seed buns
3 tablespoons of wasabi mustard
3 tablespoons of jalapeno jelly
6 honeydew slices
6 pieces of romaine lettuce

To make the patties, combine the wasabi paste, sesame oil,soy sauce, garlic, pureed honeydew, cucumbers, ginger, black pepper, and salt to the ground beef. Gently mix well. Divide and make 6 equal patties to fit the sesame seed buns. Prepare a medium-hot fire in a charcoal grill with a cover, or preheat a gas grill to medium-high. To make the topping, combine the wasabi mustard and jalapeno jelly in a bowl. Set aside. When the grill is ready, brush the rack with a little vegetable oil. Place the patties on the rack and cover. Cook 6 minutes on each side, turning once. Turn down the heat to low and add the extra sharp cheese, and cover for 30-45 seconds. Remove from heat. Place the sesame seed buns on the rack and toast lightly. Remove the buns and place the pattie on the bun. Spread the topping onto the top of bun. Add a slice of honeydew and a piece of romaine lettuce. Add the top of the bun and serve.
