Horseradish Bluecheese Burger

Hard to pronounce yet easy to drink, this wine combines lychee fruit and white peach flavors with a hint of spice.


2 lbs ground sirloin
2 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp horseradish sauce (hot)
4 oz blue cheese, crumbled salt pepper



Mix ground sirloin with rest of ingredients. Form in rough patties about 1/3 lb each.
