Hot & Spicy Corned Beef Burger

Corned beef brisket.
1 egg
sea salt
fresh ground black pepper
celery seed
olive oil
fresh basil
**Special Ingredient: Authenic Trinidad hot pepper sauce. The pepper sauce contains onions,garlic,haberno peppers and spices.It can be found in stores that sell Caribbean products. 
Potato bread hamburger buns.



Partially cook the beef brisket with the corning spices that come with corned beef.Place in large mixing bowl. For one burger: Cut off 10 oz and grind in burger meat. scramble one egg and add. Add a 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt and a 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper. Ad just a few sprinkles of celery seed.Add 1/2 teaspoon of cumin.Add 1/2 small ground onion and 2 finely ground cloves of garlic. And last add one teaspoonfull of pepper sauce. Mix all ingredients well and form into one large beef patty.Coverin a light coating of olive oil. Allow to rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes for firmness. Now cook on an open grill to preferred on a potato bread bun and add mayo,mustard or ketchup to taste. Top with fresh basil.
