2 lbs of beef
A few dashes of cayenne pepper (be careful)
3 to 5 jalapeno peppers (de-seeded and diced finely)
half a jar of salsa
2 cups of brown sugar
2 medium sized sweet potatoes



Microwave sweet potatoes for three minutes, wrap them in tin foil and place in oven at 420 degrees for 30 to forty minutes or until soft throughout. Remove skins and mash sweet potatoes into mixture having consistency of mashed potatoes. Add first three ingredients to beef in bowl and combine together thoroughly. In saucepan, heat brown sugar until carmelized then add to mixture. Add brown sugar and sweet potatoes to burger mixture, mixing thoroughly. Using press, make 8 burgers – place on grill and cook to taste. Enjoy!
