Hot’n Spicy Hamburgers

Pairs well with:

White Zinfandel

With strawberry and melon essences, this American original is perfectly at home with however you like to unwind.


2.5 pounds of 80% lean ground beef
1.5 Tbsp of Steak Seasoning[finally grounded]
3 Tbsp of Steak House Marinade Honey Teriyaki
1/2 tsp of crushed red pepper, finally grounded
1.5 Tbsp of Red Hot Sauce
12 slices of bacon
6 Hamburger buns 
Hot'n Spicy Mayonnaise
12 leaves of Boston lettuce
2 large tomatoes, sliced as you like
1 red onion, medium sliced
Cooking spray



Mix together the first 5 ingredients. Make patties of aprox. 6oz each. Spray the grill with cooking spray. Place the hamburgers on the grill and cook it for about 35 minutes, turning them over every 15 minutes. Also, put the slices of bacon on the grill and let it cook for about 10 minutes[ has to be tender, not crispy]. Warm the buns. Spread the Hot'n Spicy Mayonese on both sides. Place the hamburgers on the bottom side, then top it with 2 slices of bacon each, followed by the lettuce, tomatoes and onion. Enjoy.
