2 lbs 85/15 ground beef

1 small habanero
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup beer (I use Miller Lite)
12 slices pepperjack cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tspn cayenne pepper
1 cup ketchup
1 tomato
1 white onion
1 head lettuce
2 jalapenos
6 Kaiser rolls

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, mix ground beef, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper. Then dice the jalapenos, the habanero, and the garlic cloves. Place into mixing bowl and mix together along with the beer. Once everything is mixed together, place beef into six (6) equal parts. Make the equal parts of beef into patties. Place patties into a freezer for 5 minutes to set up. Turn grill on high heat for five minutes. After the grill has been on for five minutes, it should be at 375 degrees or more. Take the patties out of the freezer and place onto the grill. Turn the grill to medium heat, around 325 degrees. Turn the burgers over eight minutes into cooking. Turn the burgers back over after another eight minutes. After this turn the burgers over two more times after 2 minutes on each side. At one minute to go in the final turn, place two slices of pepper jack cheese on each patty. Make sure the slices are turned at 90 degrees of each other.

Once the patties are on the grill, take one small mixing bowl and place the mayonnaise into it. Add the second teaspoon of cayenne pepper. Mix the ingredients. Place the cup of ketchup next to the bowl with mayonnaise and cayenne pepper. Slice the tomato into six equal slices. Set aside. Slice the onion into equal slices, Set aside. Cut the head of lettuce at the end. Pull apart the lettuce and then set aside.

With the burgers almost fully cooked, take the Kaiser rolls and spread the mayonnaise and ketchup on them. Place two pieces of lettuce on the top bun. Then place one slice of tomato onto the lettuce. Take one slice onion and place onto the tomato.

Take the burgers off the grill and immediately onto the bottom bun. Take the top bun with all the ingredients and put onto the bottom bun and patty. Eat and enjoy.
