3 tablespoon of creamy French salad dressing (red)
½ tsp. of “hot” salt
¼ tsp. pepper
Vegetable oil, for brushing on the grill rack

6 Onion Buns, split
Instructions
Prepare a medium-hot fire in a charcoal grill with a cover, or preheat a gas grill to medium-high. To make the Perfect Harmony Mayonnaise combine mayo, horseradish, coco cola and French dressing. Mix well cover and chill. To make the spicy relish combine prepared spicy relish and onion cover and chill. To make the burger patties, combine the ground beef, coca cola, chips, onion, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, chili powder, French dressing, salt and pepper. Handling the meat as little as possible to avoid over compacting it, mix well. Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and form the portions into patties to fit buns. When the grill is ready, brush the grill rack with vegetable oil. Place the patties on the rack, cover and cook, turning only once and until done to your preference, approx. 5-7 mins on each side for medium. During the final minute of grilling place a slice of Sharp Cheddar cheese on each burger patty cover grill and allow to melt. Also place cut side down of each roll on the outer edge of the grill rack and toast lightly. To assemble the burgers spread a generous amount of hot sweet mayo on each cut side of the bun, place a burger patty on the bottom of the roll an equal portion of spicy relish and then add the roll tops and serve.
