I’m a rockin burger

1 ¼ lbs ground beef (15% fat)
½ tsp cumin
¼ tsp ground cloves
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp coriander
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
¼ cup diced white onion
¼ cup dried appricots chopped
½ cup canned diced tomatoes w/basil
¼ cup raisins
6 green olives chopped
4 Ciabatta rolls



Heat grill to med-low. In bowl, mix beef, cumin, cloves, cinnamon, coriander, red pepper flakes, and make into 4 patties. Place on grill cooking 4 minutes per side. Meanwhile, mix onions, appricots, tomatoes, raisins, and olives in a medium bowl and set aside. Remove burgers from heat and place buns on heat until warm and toasted. Place burger on buns and add topping to burgers.
