I’m all in big and Tasty Texas burger

Ingredients:

2 lbs of 80/20 Ground Chuck
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp Soy Sauce
2 tsp Lee and Perren Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 medium sweet yellow onion
1 tsp Spicy Montreal Steak Seasoning
1 lb thick peppered bacon
Six raw jalapeno peppers
1 & 1/2 medium sweet yellow onions
1 Jar Reese Hot Pepper Jelly
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 Jar A! Bold and Spicy Steak Sauce
6 Slices of Jalapeno Monterey Jack Cheese
2 Fresh Peaches
1 bunch Cilantro
1 small red onion
1 tsp Olive Oil
1/2 of a lemon juiced
Pinch of Sea Salt
Pinch of Fresh Ground Pepper
12 Slices of Texas Toast
1 stick of real butter
8 oz Jalapeno Cream Cheese

Instructions:

In large mixing bowl, Combine beef, olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, and Montreal Steak Seasoning. Shred 1/2 onion over beef mixture and fold into beef.
Mold into flat loaf, then divide into 6 equal portions, divide each portion in half, and make two patties, chill. Total of 12 patties.
Heat skillet on grill over medium high heat, cut bacon into quarters, cook until crispy, remove bacon, leaving drippings in pan.
Half Jalapenos, remove seeds, Julianne.
Dice remaining one and 1/2 onions.
Cook Jalapenos and onions in bacon grease until caramelized and soft. Remove from heat and drain.
Chop Cilantro, Peaches, Red onion and mix with olive oil, juice of 1/2 lemon and salt and pepper to taste
Remove patties from fridge, make a small well in 6 of the patties. Add one tsp each of cream cheese, jalapeno jelly, and A1 sauce into the well of each patty. Place remaining 6 patties on top and mold edges together.
Grill patties over medium heat until done, about 4 minutes per side. Place slice of Jalapeno Jack Cheese on top of patty until melted.
In separate skillet melt butter and cook each slice of Texas Toast Grilled Cheese Style until golden brown.
While bread is cooking mix remainder of jelly with 6 tsp A1 Sauce and cook down.
Burger Assembly
Spread Jalapeno Cream cheese on both sides of bread.
Place burger Pattie on bread, top with caramelized onion and jalapenos, add peppered bacon, cilantro salad and drizzle hot A1 and Jelly sauce on top. Top with other Texas Toast Slice. Enjoy!
