6 ground 2 inch radius round beef burger patties
6 tbs garlic powder
3/8 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
6 slices of Tillamook pepper jack cheese
2 tbs chopped hazelnuts
6 tbs guacamole
6 2 inch radius hamburger buns
12 tsp mayonnaise
6 tbs salsa
6 slices onions
6 small jalapeno peppers



Preheat the gas grill on medium-high for 15 minutes. Add equal amounts of garlic powder to each patty on both sides. Then add equal amounts of pepper to each patty on both sides. Then add equal amounts of salt to each patty on both sides. After the grill has been preheated, place the patties on it. Grill for about 5 to 8 minutes on one side depending on whether or not it’s thoroughly cooked on that side. Turn the patties over. Place a slice of pepper jack cheese on each of the patties. Let patties grill for 5 to 8 minutes until fully cooked. As patties are cooking, chop up hazelnuts and put them in the guacamole. Then place each of the patties separately on a bun once they are done cooking. On each bun spread two teaspoons of mayonnaise on both halves. Then add one tablespoon of salsa in each burger. Then slap on one tablespoon of guacamole in each burger. Then add the 1 slice of onion in each burger. Slice the jalapeno peppers into coin size pieces and add in each burger. Serves 6. Enjoy!
