Island Getaway Turkey Burger

Ingredients

2 lbs ground turkey
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cumin

tropical salsaish spread

2 ripe avocados, mashed
1 can crushed pineapple drained
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1 ripe mango mashed

6 whole wheat buns

sweet mayonaise
1 tablespoon chenin blanc
2 tablespoons mayonaise

Instructions

mix turkey with nutmeg and cumin. Form 6 patties.

Prepare grill.

Mix all above tropical salsa ingredients in a medium bowl to form a thick mixture. Refrigerate while meat is cooking.

Mix mayo with wine.

When burgers are done, spread avocado mixture over burger. Add mayo on top bun.
