Italian Meatball Burger

You won’t need a bouquet of flowers when you share our Pinot Grigio. This crisp wine with floral aromas is a wonderful way to make an entrance.

Ingredients

Ground Beef/ or sirloin
Onion (2 onions per 5-7 lbs of meat)
Garlic Bulb ( 4-5 cloves of garlic minced per 5-7lbs of meat)
Pepper pinch
Salt pinch
Bread Crumbs (Italian)2-3 cups
Italian Seasonings (mixed-2tablespoons per 5-7lbs of meat)
Eggs (3 eggs)
Add cheese into center of burger before cooking
Provelone Cheese (rope cheese works best-amount desired)

 

Instructions

Cut fine garlic/onion Combine ingredients in a big bowl mix Make burger patties and insert cheese into center grill them Optional: could add homemade tomato sauce to burgers or just regular garnishes.
