Italiano Burger

Bright and full-bodied, this Zinfandel wine is a curious contradiction in tastes.


6 hamburger patties
1 8-oz package sliced pepperoni
6 hamburger buns
butter or magarine
1 small jar spaghetti sauce (any flavor)
1 small can sliced olives
6 slices mozarella cheese



(1) Place 6 hamburger patties on grill. (2) Wrap pepperoni slices in tin foil and add to grill to heat. (3) When hamburger patties are done and pepperoni slices are heated, remove and set aside. (4) Spread a thin layer of butter on each hamburger bun and place on grill to toast. (5) Take bottom half of toasted bun, spread with 1-2 tablespoons spaghetti sauce. Add sliced olives, hamburger pattie, 1 slice mozarella cheese, and top of toasted bun
