Instructions

Split buns and set aside. Melt butter in a saucepan on the grill and add the crushed garlic, cooking for 5 minutes. Brush garlic butter on the split buns and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the ground chuck, the Lawry’s Garlic Salt, oregano and ground black pepper. Divide this mixture into 12 ( 1/3 lb.) patties. An easy way to do this is using wax paper to flatten the patties in between two sheets.Makes nice uniform FLAT patties.Take the feta cheese and place on top of 6 of the patties and cover them with the other 6 patties being careful to seal the edges completely. You now have 6 (2/3 lb.) burgers suitable for grilling.Brush the grill with the Wesson oil to prevent the meat from sticking.Set aside. Slice your red onion into 1/4″ slices. Set aside. Combine the Green Goddess dressing and the sour cream in a small bowl and add your chopped cucumber. This is the sauce that will be used on top the burgers to give it a nice presentation.Set aside. When the grill is HOT! grill burgers about 25 minutes until medium inside. Set aside and toast your garlic buns being careful not to burn.Place toasted bun bottom on plate; top with romaine lettuce leaf, then slice of red onion, then the sliced tomato IF prefered but it is OPPTIONAL.Then the burger on top and generously spoon the green cucumber sauce mixture over the burger.I leave the top bun off to the side as to not spoil the lovely presentation.
