Every pour of our Pinot Noir brings you a delicious blend of berry flavors and the romantic aroma of violet.


Sauce ingredients:
1 c. yogurt
3 green onions (scallions)
3 cloves of garlic
½ c. parsley
½ c. mint
1 tsp Cavenders All Purpose Greek Seasoning
½ tsp. fresh ground pepper
½ tsp sea salt
Burger ingredients:
2 lbs of ground lamb
4 cloves of minced garlic
4 chopped green onions (scallions)
½ c. chopped parsley
½ c. chopped mint
¾ c. crumbled feta cheese
¾ tsp. fresh ground black pepper
¾ tsp. sea salt
Other Ingredients
Red onions sliced thin
English cucumbers sliced thin
Tomatoes sliced thin
Baby spinach leaves clean and remove stems

Combine all sauce ingredients into food processor and pulse until smooth and creamy. Place in bowl, cover and chill. Can be made the day before.

In a large mixing bowl combine the ground meat with other burger ingredients. I prefer to mix gently with my hands. Divide the mixture into six portions. Make patties approximately ¾” thick. Place on a platter and dust with salt and pepper. Cover and chill.

Preheat gas grill to medium-high, grill burgers for 4 minutes on each side for medium cooked burger.

To assemble burgers:
Place Greek burger inside of the halved pita, stuff pita with red onions, cucumber slices, tomatoes, and spinach. Pour sauce generously inside and enjoy.
