J & B’s Better Burger
1-2/ lbs top sirloin burger meat
Cheddar or Hot pepper jack cheese
Mix burgers with salt. Pat out burgers. Season with pepper, Worchestire Sauce, Soy Sauce & garlic powder. Place in Refrigerator, (covered with tin foil) for a couple of hours so that the meat can marinate. BBQ on gas grill or Oak/Mesquite firewood grill. Top with Sharp cheddar or hot pepper jack cheese. Cook until medium rare or to your liking.
