Every pour of our Pinot Noir brings you a delicious blend of berry flavors and the romantic aroma of violet.


2lbs. Ground Chuck
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder and 1/2 tsp MSG.



Divide ground chuck into 6 burgers. Being careful to handle as little as possible patty burgers loosely. Sprinkle each patty with garlic powder, MSG (lightly), pepper, salt and onion powder. Flip patties and repeat. Let burgers sit in refrig until ready to grill (up to 12 hours). Preheat grill to medium heat and cook covered until juices run clear. Don't touch burgers while they are cooking unless the flames flare up. After juices run clear flip burger and cook for 5 more minutes. Turn off heat and add cheese. Close cover to melt.
