Jalapeno-BBQ Burger
My love for Jalepeno’s and trying to create the juiciest burger
Ingredients:
Sweet yellow onion 1/2 each
Jalapenos halved seeds removed 2ea
Worcestershire sauce 1 T
Tabasco 1T
Cilantro 1T
Ground beef 80/20 3 lbs
Brioche HB buns 6ea
Blue Cheese 6oz
Tomato slice 6ea
Romaine lettuce 12oz
red wine vinegar 1T
Kosher salt 2T
Black Pepper 1T
Cayenne pepper 1/2T
Chili powder 1/2 T
Instructions:
Pre heat grill to 400 degrees ans season
In a food processor puree first 5 ingredients until smooth
In a large bowl add the ground beef and puree and mix together
until evenly combined
add 1T salt, pepper and both spices to meat, mix again
from 8oz burger patties about 1/2-3/4in thick
season and flatten to 1/2 in.
Grill for 4minuntes a side until MR
add 1 oz blue cheese and cook for 2 minutes until blue cheese in warmed
toast bun for 30 seconds slice tomatoes, rough chop romaine and toss with red wine vinegar
top burger with tomato-lettuce
Serve
