Jamaican Jerk Burger

Ingredients

1 lb. 93% fat ground chuck
1 Tablespoon Jerk Seasoning
4  Whole Grain White Hamburger Buns
1/2 yellow onion peeled and sliced
4 slices of Swiss
3 Tablespoons of light mayo
1 Beefsteak tomato sliced thin
1 Avocado peeled,and sliced around the pit
1 Mango peeled and sliced

 

Instructions

1.Place ground chuck and jerk seasoning into a large bowl and mix throughly with hands. cover bowl and place into the refridgerator. 2. Heat George Forman Grill until light goes off. 3.Separate bottom hamburger bun from top bun and place on grill with the inside of the bun facing down. Do not close the grill lid. Leave on grill for two minutes then place on clean plate. 4. Take ground chuck out of the refridgerator and uncover. Divide ground chuck into four even sections. Roll one section in your hands until it forms a ball. Pat your hands together to gently flatten the ball. Place onto grill. Repeat this with the remaining three sections. Close the lid of the grill. Let the meat cook for three minutes. Add sliced onion to the grill and close lid. Let cook for four more minutes. Place a slice of Swiss cheese onto each patty. Do not close the lid on the grill. While the cheese is melting spread about 3/4 tablespoons of Miracle Whip on to the bottom of each bun. 5.When cheese is melted place the patty on top of the bottom bun. Top the patty with 1 slice each of tomato,avocado, and onions from the grill.Place top bun onto patty. Arrange mango slices on plate for an edible garnish.
