Jamaican Jerk Chicken Burger

1 1/2 lb ground chicken
2 Tbsp Jamaican jerk seasoning
6 Potato hamburger bun
8 oz mango
4 oz pineapple
2 oz red onion
1/4 of habanera pepper
3 oz vine ripe tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
6 slices of goat cheese
1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce



Preheat gas grill on med high heat/or use charcoal grill.

Combine the first two ingredients,Jerk seasoning and chicken and mix together. After you have mixed together the chicken and season, form six patties. Cook the patties on the gas grill for about six minutes on each side.

For the mango/pineapple salsa dice the mango, pineapple, red onion, habanera pepper vine ripe tomatoes, combine in medium bowl and add salt and black pepper to taste.

Assemble your burger by first the bun then the patty, mango/pineapple salsa, goat cheese, shredded iceberg lettuce, and then place the top bun on.
